- Lamp status indication via LED and Alarm indicators.
- Green LED = lamp on. Red LED and Beep Alarm = lamp fault.

This electronic ballast is used in many different UV water treatment systems, such as the Watts 2, 6, 8 and 12 GPM systems (ie WUV2-230, WUV6-230, WUV8-230 and WUV12-230).
We can also supply the “EPS51-425-40L” ballast which is a more advanced version with a lamp life countdown display. Please see link below :

I’m on a private water supply and my proprietary brand of uv lamp driver failed. The RWS-425-40 ballast was a quick inexpensive fix while I get my original uv lamp driver repaired. ELC used APC couriers to get the part to Aberdeen overnight. Part ordered Thursday morning. Ballast arrived Friday at around 16:00. Just a thought, this ballast could be a handy device to have on standby should your main uv fail. Maybe order a backup ballast with your yearly lamp replacement order? Thanks ELC and APC.
